Also included in this latest image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier purchased a more modest island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by erecting homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.

Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in red pen markings and features a key detailing various sections of the property.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
